Some important dates for your
diaries.........................
Tuesday 20th May
there will be a work party at the track rather than a club meeting from
7pm, two further work parties are scheduled for
Saturday 7th June
& Saturday
14th June
from 12 noon in preparation for our race meeting taking place on Sunday
15th June. If you can not make these please contact Craig!!! Please
remember each member is expected to do at least four hours work before
they will be able to race at our meeting & if everyone done four hours the
work would probably be finished!!!!!
At the work party on Tuesday 20th May we will be having a
short EAGM in order to elect a new vice -chairman. Anyone wishing to apply
for the post can put it in writing to myself.
We are also desperate for sponsors for both June & October
meeting its only ?30 please we do expect each family to get one in &
donate a raffle prize!!!! Need adverts for programme on 20th June at the
latest!!!!
